How to use

	Step 1. 🧼 Wash your hands before insertion.
	Step 2. Find a comfy position: Stand with one foot up on a chair Or lie on your side, top knee bent, bottom leg straight
	Step 3. 💫 Insert the suppository (narrow end first).
	Step 4. 📏 Push it gently inside: Adults: about 1–3 inches Infants: about ½ inch
	Tip: Store in a cool place. Suppository melts at body temperature — that’s how it delivers all the active ingredients directly.

 • Use 1 suppository daily, or as directed on your product course (see packaging).
 • With clean hands, gently insert the suppository (rectally or vaginally, depending on the product) — bedtime is ideal.
 • Lie down for about 10 minutes to allow it to settle.

What to Expect

 • A small amount of melting or discharge is normal. We recommend using a thin pad or pantyliner at night.
 • Insert only after you’ve fully emptied your bladder.

Storage

 • Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
 • Suppositories may soften during shipping — simply place the box in the fridge for 30–60 minutes before use.
 • Always keep sealed until ready to use.
