At Melt Me, your wellness and satisfaction mean everything to us. Because our suppositories are intimate health products, we must follow strict health and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This is standard practice for all intimate and ingestible wellness items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support email/phone]. We may request photos of the product and packaging to process your claim. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:
 • Orders lost in transit.
 • Orders delivered damaged (with proof).
 • Incorrect products shipped by Melt Me.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the personal nature of our products.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After that, the order is final.
